Job Overview
As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall maintenance of commercial properties. You will lead and manage a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee and ensure the proper execution of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning protocols are being followed and the facility is maintained to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns or requests.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Train new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent cleaning situations as they arise.
- Provide clear communication to both staff and management regarding updates, issues, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and enforce safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
