Summary
Supervises restaurant staff, greets and seats guests, takes orders, delivers food and beverages, and ensures a clean dining area.
- Meet, greet and lead guests to their seats.
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages.
- Clear and remove soiled dishes.
- Present bills to customer and collect payment from the customer.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Collect food and beverage supply requisition, ensure that the stock collected is per requisition.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Assist in kitchen activites
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Manager.
