SUPERVISOR & GENERAL FOREMAN
Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion while managing workers and coordinating with stakeholders.
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Supervisor / General Foreman to join our construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project requirements.
- Lead and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and site operations.
- Plan work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct daily site briefings and resolve site issues promptly.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision or as a General Foreman.
- Experience in coordinating multiple construction activities and managing site workers.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Singapore construction safety regulations and site practices.
- Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates with experience in renovation, M&E, electrical, fire protection, or general building works are encouraged to apply.
