SUPERVISOR

1. Responsible for coffee shop’s all day to day management, ensuring smooth running of the operations.

2. Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.

3. Managing workers’ schedules.

4. Actively participate in physical inventory taking and ensuring that all food supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked.

5. Customer service oriented, need to entertain Chinese-speaking customers.

6. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

7. Able to work on Sunday and Public holidays.

8. Other jobs or duties assigned by boss.
