About the Role

As part of the HR Solutions Supervisor team, you will be supporting benefits and payroll agents for client.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day activity of HR Administrative Services staff.
• Ensuring on-going performance meets established guidelines and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Facilitating resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scop
• Ensuring all service levels are met per client expectations.
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and facilitates allocation of work .
• Contributing to business growth and efficiencies
• Interfacing with client to identify and resolve on-going issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as service center manager or similar position.
• 5+ years customer service experience
• 3+ years reporting and service center procedures.
• Able to demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to demonstrate organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
