Position Summary
The Inbound/Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily receiving and shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient movement of goods within DAISO USA’s distribution center. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, monitors inventory transactions, and enforces safety and operational standards to meet productivity and service goals.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all inbound receiving and outbound shipping processes

Ensure timely unloading, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of products

Oversee putaway and stock rotation in collaboration with inventory and replenishment teams

Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support workflow

Train, coach, and schedule warehouse staff across multiple shifts

Monitor team performance, enforce standards, and support corrective actions when necessary

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and maintain accurate documentation

Conduct routine cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and DAISO policies

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
-
3–5 years of warehouse experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity

Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations

Familiarity with WMS, RF scanning, and shipping systems

Experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment (certification preferred)

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching

Ability to work in warehouse conditions with variable noise, dust, and temperature levels
Work Environment
