supervisor

Supervisor leads a team of cleaners across sites like offices, schools, or commercial buildings. They manage staff work schedules, inspect cleaned areas for quality, track and re-order equipment and supply stock, train new workers, and handle client feedback, while occasionally performing hands-on cleaning

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily work schedules and reallocate tasks to cover staff absences.

2. Inspect work areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

3. Train and coach cleaners on proper service and safety rules.

4. Monitor inventory levels, check equipment condition, and order new cleaning supplies.

5. Liaise with clients, address complaints, and submit operational reports.

Requirements

1. Prior experience working as a commercial cleaner or in a supervisory role.

2. Strong knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning equipment operation.

3. Good problem-solving and communication skills to deal with staff and clients.

4. Physical fitness for walking sites, inspecting areas, and doing hands-on work when needed.

5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
