- Personnel Management: Direct, manage, and evaluate on-site staff and subcontractors while organizing daily work schedules.
- Health & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with workplace health, safety regulations, and building codes, including conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Quality & Logistics: Ensure all construction conforms to blueprints and quality standards, while managing on-site material deliveries and equipment.
- Reporting: Track project timelines, monitor attendance, and report daily progress to the Construction Project Manager
