SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

You will support site managers and senior project managers by procuring resources, preparing work schedules, supervising on-site construction activities, and ensuring client and management requirements are met efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site managers and senior project managers to align on project goals and requirements
• Verify that client and senior management specifications are fulfilled throughout the project
• Procure materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project needs
• Develop and organize work schedules to sequence onsite construction tasks effectively
• Monitor budgets for labor, materials, and equipment to control costs and prevent overspending
• Supervise on-site construction activities and communicate instructions from senior project managers to teams
