Supervisor Legal, Capital Markets

• Draft legal documents such as service agreements and basic corporate documents
• Review and assess complex transaction documents
• Supervise the whole lifecycle of client entities from incorporation to liquidation.
• Cooperate with clients, notaries, law firms, credit institutions and auditors both during the incorporation and deal structuring
• Ensure compliance and AML regulations and internal procedures are strictly implemented
• Cooperate with accounting, tax and regulatory internal teams
• Maintain and develop good relationship with clients and business partners
• Promoting the work and values of the company to staff and external parties. Implementing strategies and priorities of the Team
• Act as manager/director of client entities
• Supervising, coordinating and coaching subordinates to ensure the handling of their tasks
• Develop and coach team members on their relevant needs and ensure a strong focus on quality and responsiveness
• Represent the Capital Markets Legal Team during client calls and events
