Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and smooth business activities.
• Supervise and lead retail staff, including cashiers, sales assistants, and stock replenishment personnel.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Manage inventory levels by ensuring adequate stock availability, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, inventory, and staff performance.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets while monitoring expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and that the store is clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Prepare staff work schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, workplace safety regulations, and relevant government requirements.
