Join the team at Mac’s Steak in the Rough on Menaul, a beloved Albuquerque tradition serving our community for more than 70 years! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Restaurant Supervisor who is ready to lead by example, create memorable guest experiences, and help carry on the legacy that has made Mac’s a local favorite for generations.

As a Supervisor, you will work closely with the General Manager to help lead the restaurant and ensure smooth, successful daily operations. You’ll provide guidance, motivation, and support to the crew while creating a positive team environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy, integrity, accountability, and a passion for people to every shift. You should be comfortable stepping in wherever needed, communicating effectively with team members, management, and guests, and taking ownership of the restaurant’s success.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to manage the overall operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational and guest-service goals.
• Create an exceptional dining experience by ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Lead by example and set the standard for outstanding service, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Step in and support the team wherever and whenever needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and guests.
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic in everything you do.
• Recognize opportunities to improve the operation and work with the General Manager to address them.
• Know when to involve the General Manager and keep leadership informed of important operational or guest concerns.
