Job Summary

Provide professional massage services following the service brochure while maintaining hygiene, client records, and a clean, organized treatment environment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room to support efficient service delivery.
• Set up workstations and ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout shifts for a safe environment.
• Manage linens by keeping them clean and replacing them between sessions to maintain hygiene.
• Sterilize equipment thoroughly to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Accurately document and maintain client files to ensure up-to-date records.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to client inquiries and needs to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms to provide a welcoming experience.
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable massage services based on their preferences and needs.
• Deliver massage services as specified in the service brochure to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and file documentation to support operational compliance.
• Comply with all relevant standards, rules, and regulations to ensure safe and lawful operations.
• Uphold hygiene standards and adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to protect clients and staff.
