Job Summary

Provide professional massage services following the service brochure while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Manage treatment rooms, client records, and respond to client needs to ensure a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and service quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room to support smooth operations
• Set up and organize workstations at the start of each shift to ensure readiness
• Replace and keep linens clean and tidy between client sessions to maintain hygiene
• Sterilize equipment following hygiene protocols to ensure client safety
• Accurately document and maintain client files for reliable record-keeping
• Respond promptly and appropriately to client inquiries and service needs
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms to provide a welcoming experience
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable massage services based on their needs
• Deliver massage services as specified in the service brochure to meet client expectations
• Maintain accurate records and file documentation to support operational compliance
• Comply with all relevant standards, rules, and regulations to uphold service quality and safety
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and health and safety regulations to protect clients and staff
