Roles & Responsibilities

Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.

Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment room.

Set up workstations and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.

Assist in keeping linens clean and tidy, replacing them between sessions as needed.

Sterilize equipment and maintain proper hygiene standards.

Document and maintain client files accurately.

Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations.

Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.

Consult with clients to recommend appropriate massage services.

Provide massage services as outlined in the service brochure.

Maintain accurate records and file documentation.

Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Uphold hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
