Job Summary

Provide professional massage services following the service brochure while maintaining hygiene, client records, and a clean treatment environment. Engage with clients to meet their needs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms and workstations to ensure cleanliness and readiness for each shift
• Manage linens by cleaning, tidying, and replacing them between client sessions
• Sterilize massage equipment and maintain hygiene standards to ensure client safety
• Accurately document and maintain client files and treatment records
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, needs, and expectations
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms to provide a welcoming experience
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable massage services based on their preferences and needs
• Deliver massage services as specified in the service brochure with professionalism and care
• Comply with all relevant standards, rules, and regulations related to health, safety, and hygiene
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety regulations consistently throughout all duties
