Job Summary

You will supervise daily food stall operations, ensuring cleanliness, smooth opening and closing, staff training, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to support smooth operations
• Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet to meet company standards
• Train staff effectively to improve performance and service quality
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and security
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
• Adapt quickly and think on your feet to resolve issues during shifts
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
• Perform duties with passion, energy, and professionalism during night shifts and public holidays

• Experience in a supervisory role managing a food stall
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
