Supervisor

Requirements
• Must have previous working experience in Singapore
• Preferably from the F&B or service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to handle floor operations and guide junior staff
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee daily outlet operations
• Lead, train, and supervise service staff
• Ensure smooth and efficient customer service
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery
• Assist with inventory checks, ordering, and staff scheduling
• Support management in implementing promotions & improving workflow
