- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
- Monitor workers' performance, work progress, and site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work quality meets required standards and specifications.
- Prepare site reports and provide updates on work progress.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction / renovation works.
- Able to supervise workers and coordinate site activities independently.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
