For our night shift in Component Manufacturing, we are looking for a Supervisor who can inspire and develop a team while ensuring effective collaboration and solid operational results. In this role, you will play a key part in turning strategy into action and creating an environment where both people and performance grow hand in hand.

As a Supervisor on our night shift, you will be responsible for your own 12-hour shift team of approximately 40 employees. You will follow the team's shift rotation pattern and play a key role in ensuring employee well-being, quality, and performance.

Working hours are organized in a four-week rotation, where you work Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for four weeks, followed by Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for four weeks.

We are looking for someone who is accountable and handles challenges with a "how can we solve this?" mindset rather than a "it cannot be done" attitude. You understand the importance of having engaged and satisfied employees and can create a culture where people thrive. The position also calls for someone who takes initiative and can make decisions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
• Ensure products are delivered on time
• Promote a safe safety culture in daily operations
• Maintain high standards in quality, employee well-being, and people development
• Motivate the team to reach common goals and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Technical background with an understanding of production equipment, processes, and workflows in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, with solid English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with quality management methodologies such as Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and Lean
• Understanding of safety and quality processes, including reporting requirements
• Previous leadership experience or similar experience within a manufacturing environment
• Relevant education within manufacturing, engineering, operations, or leadership
• Good continuous improvement skills with the ability to identify and implement new processes within your area of responsibility
