Supervises a team analyzing navigation, imagery, and geospatial intelligence for cruise missile planning and acquisition, ensuring compliance and mission readiness.

You will serve as the Director Navigation, Imagery, Geospatial Intelligence and Acquisition Department (N2) located within the Cruise Missile Support Activity, Atlantic (CMSA LANT), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads, Norfolk, Virginia (VA).

You will ensure TLAM and HSWs planning and analysis comply with legal and regulatory requirements as it pertains to the proper utilization of domestic imagery while meeting customer needs.

You will make decisions that significantly influence the readiness and posture of the TLAM and HSW Planning Federation and the supported commanders.

You will plan, prioritizes, and schedule work and tasks in a manner that promotes smooth flow and even distribution taking into account numerous factors including demand, urgency, difficulty, employee capability, and competing requirements.

You will exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities including advising and providing counsel regarding policies, procedures, and directives, selecting candidates for vacancies, promotions, etc. and performance standards.

You will promote an environment in which employees are empowered to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment.

You will analyze and evaluate major aspects of substantive TLAM mission-oriented navigation, imagery, and geospatial requirements and planning programs and evaluate the effectiveness of CMSA LANT and TLAM Planning Federation regional activities.

You will anticipate and communicate future worldwide, time-sensitive, and deliberate planning combat requirements and technology changes and provide budgetary inputs for the Planning Objectives Memoranda (POM).

You will lead directorate imagery and geospatial analyst activities supporting integration and standardization efforts with coalition partner U.K. and the TLAM Planning Federation.

You will perform other duties as assigned.
