Supervisor
- We are looking for a supervisor to assist with the site operations, to supervise and evaluate workers performance and keep accurate records of workers attendance.
- Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, hi-jet washing, scraping, and cleaning of mirrors) within the time schedule.
- Must be contactable at any time including weekend and public holidays as and when required
- Able to communicate with management and workers, able to respond to customer’s complain and request.
- Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation managers if it required major repairs or replacement.
- Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
- Monitor all works that are carried out according to safety procedures.
- Minimum Diploma Certificate Preferred.
- Physically fit.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Min 3 to 5 year’s relevant experience.
- Salary commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
