Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, maintain production schedules, manage inventory, and coordinate machine maintenance and repairs in a factory setting.
Ensure production schedules are met.
Housekeeping of the production floor.
Establishes and maintains raw material inventory.
Prepare a Machine Log for each machine.
Prepare maintenance checklist and schedule for the machine via the Periodic Maintenance Schedule.
Liaison with external contractors for machine repair works.
Arrange for an ordered parts/material to be withdrawn through VEDA.
Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical/Precision
Engineering.
Good performance for 7 to 8 years (Supervisor) and 5 to 7 years (Assistant Supervisor)
Must be technically competent.
Problem-solving skills.
Able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
