SUPERVISOR OF FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION

Work location: Lateral Miguel Alemán, Col. Centro, Apodaca (near Plaza Las Américas)

Work arrangement: on-site, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

IMPORTANTE: La empresa contratante es proveedora de servicios de protección y seguridad para empresas con operación industrial. Para esta vacante no buscamos un supervisor EHS que como parte de sus responsabilidades gestiona sistemas de prevención y protección contra incendios, sino un supervisor dedicado total y exclusivamente a la gestión de operación, instalación y mantenimiento a dichos sistemas. Requirements:

-Completed bachelor's degree; degree certificate preferred.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection and fire prevention programs within manufacturing environments, preferably in the automotive industry.

-Strong knowledge of applicable fire protection regulations, codes, and industry standards.

-Experience coordinating and supporting inspections, audits, and compliance reviews conducted by regulatory authorities.

-Demonstrated leadership in emergency preparedness, incident management, and emergency response operations.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (bilingual).

-Willingness to travel within the region.

Position Purpose:

To lead and oversee the organization's fire prevention, fire protection, and emergency response programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and the protection of employees, assets, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead the fire prevention and fire protection programs.

-Oversee fire protection system inspections, testing, and maintenance.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.

-Coordinate emergency response preparedness and training activities.

-Manage fire risk assessments and corrective action plans.

Benefits

-Gross monthly salary: MXN $35,000.00–$40,000.00
