About the Role:

The Oncology Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, and administrative functions of the oncology clinic and infusion center. This position provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff, ensures efficient workflows, monitors departmental productivity, and promotes exceptional patient care and experiences. Responsibilities also include coordinating oncology electronic medical record (EMR) operations, managing system access and utilization, and collaborating with EMR representatives to ensure timely resolution of system issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
