Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff to hit sales targets.
• Operations: Oversee opening and closing routines, maintain safety rules, and keep the store clean.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order new products, and run regular audits to prevent loss.
• Customer Service: Handle complex customer queries or complaints and lead by example on the floor.
• Financial Management: Track budgets, manage payroll goals, and analyze sales performance metrics.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in a retail environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisor or management role.
• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business or management is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with Point of Sale (POS) software and basic office spreadsheets.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving, and strong decision-making.
• Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
