- Supervises assigned staff and daily activities.
- Leads staff orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Assists with performance evaluations and staff development.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Supervises: 2 AMG Clinic Locations – Wauwatosa and Waukesha
