SUPERVISOR

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and arrange for replenishment when required.

Report equipment faults and coordinate maintenance or repairs.

Respond promptly to customer requests, complaints, and special cleaning requirements.

Prepare work reports, attendance records, and other operational documentation.

Coordinate with management to improve cleaning operations and service quality.

Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
