Supervisor, Process (Kuanyin)

1. Process Development

• Oversee the design and develop chemical processes and systems for manufacturing and production.
• Review and approve process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and related documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration between the R&D team and the engineering team during the process development phase to ensure alignment on product specifications, process parameters, and quality standards.

2. Process Optimization

• Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement in efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Drive the implementation of process improvements and modifications to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Coordinate experiments and simulations to test and validate process changes, ensuring effective execution.

3. Data Analysis

• Utilize QC 7 tools and statistical analysis software (JMP, Minitab) to perform process data analysis, monitor process performance and trend variations, identify root causes of abnormalities to drive improvement actions.

4. Troubleshooting and Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to process performance, quality, and safety.
• Cooperate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of process equipment.

5. Project Management

• Lead and manage projects related to process development, scale-up, and optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.

6. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that chemical processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols for daily operation.
