Supervisor, Production Technology (Kuanyin)

1. Safety
According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirement, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures by seeking consultation from EHS to maintain good working environment. Being the TDS responsible person of the production.
2. Quality
To fulfill internal and external customer’s operation excellence and quality requirement, maintain and develop suitable production technology to meet internal and external customer’s operation excellence and quality requirement.
3. Objectives setting and budgeting
Ensure and monitor the production technology activities and performance of EHS, production and quality according to customer’s requirement and BASF standard. Ensure the production technology activities operated within the agreed budget in a cost-effective manner.
4. Process and operation optimization
Collaborate with folks in different function areas to improve current operation and production process, especially for package technology, to deliver financial benefits or mitigate safety risks for EDM-TW. Support site package expert and relevant functional teams to evaluate new package material, troubleshoot for customs, and maintain production stability.
5. Process Safety Management
Collect information regarding the change of technology, operation or process change including background, scopes, fundamentals, diagrams and drawing for preparation of MOC for new package application. Submit the MOC on the system for the change. Support site PSM expert to conduct or participate in PSM activities to ensure compliance of global policy and audit.
6. Documentation
Compile test data, observations, and past technical reports regarding package technology optimization and document the results and findings for continuous process improvement, technology development and people training. Set up the required documents for production technology team. Ensure the procedures are followed and all required information is well recorded.
