SUPERVISOR
Job Summary
Lead and manage team performance by setting clear goals, organizing workflows, monitoring productivity, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Drive employee development through coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Set clear performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate them effectively to subordinates
- Organize workflow to ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and deliver constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Receive and resolve employee complaints and workplace problems promptly
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records for the team
- Facilitate communication by passing information between upper management and employees
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports to management
- Make informed decisions on rewards and promotions based on employee performance
- Hire and train new employees to meet team and company standards
- Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and company policies, and undertake disciplinary actions when necessary
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant leadership role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines applicable to the field
