Job Summary
Serve as the SAP Technical Expert and Plant Lead to ensure seamless SAP system operations, support testing and implementation, and lead supplier EDI certification and training to meet business and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve SAP application issues promptly to maintain system reliability
- Support system testing and project implementation to align SAP solutions with business needs
- Assist internal stakeholders and external customers in establishing and maintaining EDI connectivity for order and forecast transmissions
- Lead SAP warehouse management system operations and provide ongoing system support at the plant level
- Coordinate and lead supplier EDI certification activities to ensure compliance and integration readiness
- Liaise with suppliers to establish and maintain EDI connections and integrations for seamless data exchange
- Train suppliers on forecasting processes and business requirements to enhance collaboration and accuracy
- Train internal users on new SAP functionalities and implementations to maximize system utilization
- Serve as the SAP Subject Matter Expert, providing expert guidance and support to business units
- Support business process mapping and system integration efforts to optimize workflows
- Act as a key resource in supporting PC&L business process audits and compliance requirements
