• Supervise daily operations across assigned areas, ensuring effective staff performance and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Analyze incidents, trends, and reports to identify risks, conduct follow-up investigations, and support the development of corrective action plans.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain adequate coverage and operational readiness.
• Support departmental management functions, including budgeting, expense control, hiring, disciplinary actions, contract oversight, and coordination of emergency drills.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • None Required.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Drivers License.
  • Law Enforcement.
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.
  • Security Professional.
• Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
