Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works at project sites (HDB, Condo, Commercial)
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
• Conduct site measurements and inspection of works
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace safety requirements
• Liaise with clients, designers, and project manager on site matters and progress updates
• Handle on-site problem solving and troubleshooting
• Prepare daily progress reports and material requisition

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Renovation Supervisor in Singapore renovation industry
• Knowledge of renovation works, construction methods, and material
• Able to read floor plans and technical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills to manage workers
• Safety-conscious and responsible
• Able to work at different project locations in SingaporeSingaporean / PR preferred
