SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Arrange daily work schedule and assign tasks to workers and contractors

- Supervise workers & contractors to carry out piping, fabrication and other work activities in accordance to requirements

- Ensure all work activities or operations are carried out safely and on schedule

- Co-ordinate site activities on daily basis and monitor closely on work progress

- Perform regular inspection of site

- Organise equipment & manpower necessary to complete the project

- Prepare daily site reports and other records

- Carry out other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by superior

REQUIREMENT

- At least a Diploma in any discipline

- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in process piping, fabrication and field construction is preferred

- Able to read/write/speak in Japanese

- Able to work overtime

- Able to work independently and meet tight project schedule
