Requirements

• Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Must work on weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow byassigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coachemployees
• Identify issues inefficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safetyguidelines and company standards
