Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations for rebar works, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate all daily construction site activities.(Rebar works)
- Plan, organize, and monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Allocate tasks and supervise workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and site safety briefings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients on site matters.
- Prepare daily site progress reports, manpower reports, and work schedules.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure adequate materials, equipment, and tools are available.
- Inspect completed work and rectify defects before handover.
- Resolve site issues, technical problems, and conflicts promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Assist in planning site logistics and work sequencing.
- Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and other relevant Singapore construction regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
- Valid Class 3 License
