SUPERVISOR
- Supervise the daily operations of the massage parlour and foot reflexology centre to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, schedule and monitor the performance of therapists and front-line staff.
- Ensure all staff comply with company policies, hygiene standards and operational procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery in a professional manner.
- Assist in staff training, coaching and performance evaluation.
- Monitor appointment schedules, staffing levels and daily business operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper upkeep of the premises and equipment.
- Prepare daily operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
