Supervisor Strategy Collection
Job description
- Develop, maintain, and update MIS (Management Information System) reports for the collections and legal department to provide accurate, timely, and relevant data for senior management and operational teams.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance against set targets and highlight variances to enable proactive management interventions and course corrections.
- Analyze delinquency trends, recovery rates, and portfolio health metrics to identify patterns, flag risks, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve collection efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and analytical findings to department heads to support strategic decision-making, reduce overdue balances, and enhance overall collection performance.
- Automate and streamline data collection and reporting processes by leveraging available tools and collaborating with IT to minimize manual effort and improve data reliability.
- Prepare and distribute operational dashboards and performance scorecards on a regular basis to ensure all stakeholders have clear and up-to-date visibility into KPIs.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integrity across all reporting systems and sources.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and in-depth analysis for management upon request to support specific business decisions and operational reviews.
- Apply reporting controls and maintain supporting documentation across all MIS outputs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills description
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years in similar MIS, reporting, or data analysis role.
- 1-2 years leadership experience would be preferred.
