Purpose of the job:

To coordinate and implement supply chain processes as per company standards and procedures, and set action plans related to demand and supply processes for technical products between technology, finance, suppliers, and procurement, aiming to achieve the best results from cost, quality, and time perspectives and ensure integration and achievement of stakeholders' multiple inputs.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Update and follow performance indicators measuring the efficiency of technical equipment availability, logistics, and end-of-life management.
  • Challenge and define the demand forecast input received from technology teams.
  • Ensure transversal information update between supply chain and technology on suppliers' shipment status, analysis on demand trends, demand forecast accuracy, inventory levels in the central warehouse, and overall distribution network.
  • Responsible to ensure an efficient level of stocks versus a good level of availability.
  • Distribute weekly and monthly performance reports, including comments for deviation explanation and proposed actions for improvement and optimization of performance.
  • Collect input information related to the status of shipment from vendors and returns SLAs for the overall aftersales network.
  • Follow planning and organize meetings with process members.
  • Define and support negotiation of operational/logistic conditions with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier delivery of purchase orders and ensure that the agreed time of arrival is respected.
  • Ensure the monthly reporting to demand and supply manager of Orange and the Group COE.
  • Analyze the related technical end-of-life stocks and provide the monthly related dashboards.
  • Implement action plans aiming to improve logistics performance.
  • Enhance financial KPIs, e.g., WIP, ROI.
  • In case of anticipation of business deviations, inform hierarchy and take initiatives.

Job specification

Education & experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
  • Supply Chain Certification, MRP, PMP, and/or MBA is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in a large organization, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Excellent in MS Office.
  • Excellent in constructing dashboards and analysis.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English. Additional language is a plus.
