Supervisor

TaylorMade is looking for these traits in our supervisor-dependability, accountability, hands-on leadership, communication, and fairness.

Purpose: Lead the assigned shift, ensure cleaning meets TaylorMade’s standards, and coach employees through daily work.

Able to lift 25lbs and 2-4 years experience. Able to pass certifications within 6 months after hiring date.

Reports to: Assigned Operations Manager or Regional Manager.

• Direct daily cleaning: Assign employees to areas, explain priorities, and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed.
• Provide coverage: Monitor attendance, report callouts promptly, arrange approved coverage, and assist with cleaning when needed.
• Inspect work: Check restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces before the shift ends. Document deficiencies and verify corrections.
• Train employees: Demonstrate cleaning methods, chemical dilution, equipment use, color coding, and site procedures. Observe employees performing tasks before allowing independent work.
• Enforce safety: Check PPE, chemical labels, SDS access, wet-floor signs, and equipment condition. Report injuries, hazards, and incidents immediately.
• Control supplies: Track inventory, request supplies before shortages occur, and prevent waste.
• Maintain records: Complete checklists, inspections, attendance reports, and shift handoffs using TaylorMade’s forms.
• Coach respectfully: Address performance concerns privately, document recurring issues, and refer disciplinary decisions to management.
• Protect client property: Follow key, alarm, access, confidentiality, and building-security procedures.
