Supervisor Transaction Processing

Job Track Description:

The mailroom will include preparing, scanning, processing return mail and quality controlling, and indexing Meta data if needed. There will be auxiliary processes that will also be needed that are directly connected to a mailroom environment. The ideal candidate should be very flexible, able to meet and exceed client and Conduent goals.

It will be a high volume, high accuracy environment. You will be working on a multisite rapidly growing account where we administrate many processes on behalf of an automotive finance company. You will be digitizing and processing customer documentation. Compliance and risk mitigation will be paramount as we will be handling and digitizing customer checks for payment. Proper handling of customer checks is very important until it is handed off to the next group or placed in the secured location. It will be critical that we process items quickly and accurately to stay within the contractual service and quality level. Work with QA and analyze quality for continuous process improvement

Responsibilities are as listed but not limited to:

• You will be working with production style scanners, envelope slicers, postage machines, and other mailroom related equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external rules and guidelines.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret external/internal data and write reports.
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Pick up mail from USPS if needed.
• Working with many organizations within the company to ensure the client has best of class service.
• Helping the technology team make sure software lifecycles deliverables are as expected and on time.

• Work with QA and analyze quality for continuous process improvement

Leadership

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May guide small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
