Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily Tech Transport operations, including High-tech multiple account.
  • Main responsibilities include TMS-based transport order handling, shipment monitoring, delivery status follow-up, and communication with drivers and external transport vendors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer requests, delivery exceptions, and claims, and coordinate with internal Operation teams, Transport teams, customers, and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support stable daily operations by handling urgent delivery issues, monitoring operational risks, following up on exceptions, and maintaining delivery service quality.

Requirements

  • 0~1 Years of experiences preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, transport operations, or a similar operational role, with the ability to handle daily transport execution through TMS.
  • Practical experience in transport order handling, shipment monitoring, driver/vendor communication, and first-level response to customer requests, delivery exceptions, and claims.
  • Coordinate with internal Operation teams, Transport teams, customers, and external vendors.
  • Experience with Tech, high-value product delivery, LTL delivery, or vendor-based transport operations would be preferred.
