Supervisor

Duties

• Packing and stacking cases off the end of the can line
• Assist in pulling and packing order is the warehouse
• Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing inventory with precision and care
• Assist in the sanitation process by cleaning equipment, storage areas, and production zones in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
• Support brewing and packaging operations by preparing ingredients, loading raw materials, and ensuring proper storage conditions
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate inventory records using basic math skills for counting, recording, and verifying stock levels
• Follow strict safety protocols for chemical handling, industrial cleaning agents, and operating machinery in a food & beverage production environment
