SUPERVISOR
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily operations and a team of employees, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are met. You will drive results through effective leadership, communication, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work schedules and tasks to optimize productivity
- Monitor employee performance and deliver regular feedback, coaching, and evaluations to enhance effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards to maintain operational integrity
- Identify operational issues and implement timely, effective solutions to improve workflows
- Facilitate team meetings to communicate organizational updates and align team objectives
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff to build a competent workforce
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and incident reports for operational transparency
- Collaborate with upper management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and workflow enhancements
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports employee engagement and retention
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through team management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools such as MS Office, scheduling software, or ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities applied in operational contexts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed
- Bilingual skills (optional, if applicable)
