Summary
Oversee client projects and sales for an interior design/build firm, building relationships with designers, contractors, and customers and handling site visits and quotations.
- Develop existing and new client relationships, enquiries and projects
- Market, promote & educate customers such as turnkey interior designers, QS, renovation contractors and end users
- Achieve / exceed set target
- Gather and report on market intelligence, such as trends, competitors' activity & customer needs and demands
- Prepare updates on sales and project pipelines
- Conduct site visits, attend site meetings and resolve site issues
- Draft quotation, write introductory letters, read drawings and perform measurement to estimate quantity
