Supervisor, Warehouse - 2nd Shift

What does a Supervisor, Warehouse do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel.

Schedule: 2nd Shift starts between 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Job Level: 5
Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse
Manage within labor and OPEX budget
Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
Communication with peers, managers, and other departments
Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
Secure company assets
Maintain compliance of safety procedures
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required and
2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required and
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
Proficient with SAP
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required
