Supervise a fresh-produce warehouse team, ensuring stock rotation, cold-chain compliance, and accurate order fulfillment for deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce Quality & Stock Control: Inspect incoming fruit shipments for freshness, enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation, and minimize spoilage.
- Cold-Chain & Hygiene Management: Monitor cold-room temperatures and maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and train warehouse staff.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of fruit orders for delivery
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in warehousing or logistics, with preference for fresh produce or cold-chain environments.
