SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise employees, maintain service standards and ensure smooth business operations. The successful candidate will assist management in coordinating staff activities, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign duties, monitor staff attendance and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Train, guide and motivate employees to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies and inventory records, where applicable.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update management on work progress.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Coordinate with management and team members to resolve operational challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minmium 3 years supervisory or operational experience.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organise work, manage staff and solve problems effectively.
• Responsible, reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or public holidays, if required.
