SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure timely, safe, and quality completion of building services projects, including installation and testing of M&E systems, while collaborating with project teams to resolve site issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Lead and manage site workers, technicians, and subcontractors to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned works
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve site issues and prevent work delays
• Monitor installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including electrical, plumbing, and ventilation services
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality meets project requirements and safety standards
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and site safety procedures among workers
• Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and materials; report shortages or site issues to project management
• Prepare daily site progress reports detailing manpower deployment and work completion status
• Perform additional site supervisory duties as assigned by management

Required competencies and certifications

• Relevant experience in construction or building services
• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate site activities
• Knowledge of installation procedures, site safety, and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on construction sites and meet project deadlines
